Next Step is the brand identity I created for MBA Group’s apprenticeship programme. It originally started as a university project, but developed into a real brand that is now being used by the business.

The project came from internal research, which showed that, although the apprenticeship programme itself was working well, it lacked its own identity and onboarding experience.

The aim was to create something that felt more relevant to younger people starting careers in creative, print, and tech industries, while also positioning apprenticeships as a strong alternative to university. I created the identity system, social concepts, onboarding materials, landing page designs, and personalised welcome experience, all built around the message: Begin Boldly.
